With DG Computers’ Remote Help it is possible to give us access to your computer by simply clicking on a link in an email we send you. We are able to see your screen, control your keyboard and mouse and use the computer as if we were there from anywhere in the world.
The setup process can take 20 seconds, and connections can be repeated as many times as needed, and is perfectly secure.
