We have experimented with various remote access software solutions over the last few years, and we now believe that it has now reached a mature enough stage to be rolled out independently.
By installing a tiny piece of software on each machine, either via two clicks from a link in an email or from a file at the machine, we am able to set up the sending of warnings, alerts and notifications that will allow me to monitor the systems.
Should we spot an issue, or should you have a problem on the machine, we are able to quickly and securely log in and control the system.
Subscription: £70 / year / machine
One Time Setup: £20
Hourly Rate: £25 / hour (rather than £40 / hour)
Travel Expenses: £0.00 (rather than 40p / mile)
