Ruralmail is an email service provided to clients of DG Computers

Your Username is your full ruralmail.net email address.

Your Password is your email password.

Alternatively, if Untrusted Certificates scare you (it’s all safe, I promise) you can log in insecurely from from this link.

After you have logged in, you can:

Read and send emails whilst away from home.
Important:
If you are using a public computer (library, internet cafe etc) then remember to click Logout from the bottom of the list on the left when you have finished, and close the browser. This stops other people from having access to your emails.

You will have to jump through some hoops to create the secure connection, but you can safely accept the certificate.

After you have logged in, you can:

Change your email password
Set your emails to be forwarded to another email address
Set up an Autoresponder – useful if you are away and want to let people who email you know
Add a mail alias to your account
Configure your spam filter to be more, or less, strict and dictate whether they are marked as ***SPAM*** and delivered to you, or just deleted before they reach you.
Important:
